Leduc Truck Service was established in 1942 when a young Alex Klak was painting a sign on the side of a truck for a local business man when he happened to mention how much he admired the man’s truck. The gentleman asked Alex if he would like to buy it and Leduc Truck Service was born. Eventually Alex’s sons, Oscar and Edgar, along with their brother-in-law Mel Hickey, took over the company and grew it both in variety of services offered, as well as the area those services covered.

Today Leduc Truck Service is a 3^rd generation family owned and operated company celebrating 75 years in the transport industry. Now run by Russell Klak, Leduc Truck Service is still providing excellent service to Leduc and its surrounding areas as well as the far corners of Alberta.

Leduc Truck Service provides daily service to the central Alberta region, as well as to the provincial capital. Besides Leduc Truck Service's clean, modern, spacious warehouse, we are also affiliated with the Central Carriers Depot in Edmonton which provides LTL and trailerload freight service connections to practically anywhere in the province, the country and beyond.
